The Banana Pudding Pye

Living in the South, we have a general love for the cuisine and foods that we are surrounded by.  Banana bread and banana pudding are definitely in the category of late night snacking for us.  After the success of the King Pye, Maribeth turned her attention to one of the most loved desserts in the South - delicious Banana Pudding.  She decided that custard and vanilla wafers needed to be as prominent as the bananas and boy did she create a masterpiece!  

Its actually not too sweet and perfect for someone like me.  But we heard from many of you that you would love to eat it with a dollop of Whipped Cream and that I am sure would we amazing. I can also see it topped with some fresh strawberries along with the whipped cream - yumm! Enjoy!
